Talk soon,

It wasn't hard to see that my website was tired and out-of-date, so we're currently in the process of whipping it into shape and making it as user friendly and informative as can be for visitors. I look forward to sharing this with you once it's soon completed. Watch this space!
My team has grown recently, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to introduce everyone to you. My talented team is made up of five amazing support agents, Jacky, Sunnie, Curt, Johnny and Fay. Dedicated to the job and passionate about helping our clients, they're a force to be reckoned with! The team also includes Emma, my right-hand, "where would I be without you" Personal Assistant, and Lizzie, the team's Business Development Manager, who's responsible for bring the Mickey Zhu brand to life and helping us deliver a top notch service for our clients!

My team love working and living here on the beautiful North Shore. With expert knowledge of the area and the team fluent in both English and Chinese, this gives our clients the extra edge when successfully marketing their property and negotiating with a wide group of potential buyers.

It's a pleasure helping kiwis find their new home - we hope to work with you in the near future.
My team and I have some exciting listings on the go at the moment, that we'd love to share with you. Whether you're looking for a family home, a do-up, apartment living, or even a newly developed section, we've got a range of options in the North Shore, as well as over the bridge.

What's the best way to sell in a changing market?

It's a question that gets asked regularly... and rightfully so! The market is an ever dynamic one and things have changed recently, especially in the Auckland market.
The table below shows recent Cooper & Co sales over the 1 March - 31 August 2017 period. What we've seen is that on average, properties sold via Auction achieved an 8% premium over those sold with a price, and sold 18 days quicker. The median sale price for Cooper & Co over that 6 month period was $990k. Based on that figure, an 8% swing in value represents a premium of $79,200!*
Harcourts Cooper & Co have an amazing team of Auction Specialists dedicated to deliver a professionally executed auction process for our clients. Consistently achieving higher clearance rates than our competitors, our Auctioneers have a great reputation in the market.

Of course, every property is different, and there are benefits to both sale options - your agent should always discuss the benefits of both options to you, and help you make the right decision.

* Based on Harcourts Cooper & Co results outlined below over a 6 month period (1 March - 31 August 2017).
