Hi there,

Wow, Christmas is almost here! I hope you all find time over the holiday period to put your feet up, relax and enjoy time with family and friends. If the last couple of weeks are anything to go by, we’re in for an amazing spell of warm weather over the holidays!

With average house prices in Auckland last month being the highest to date in 2017 (an increase of 8.6% on October 2017) and sales being up more than 16% on last month too, it’s good news for the property market. Confidence and optimism seems to be returning to the market after a year of fluctuations. Read the latest Auckland Market Watch from Harcourts to find out more.

My team and I have some exciting listings on the go, that we'd love to share with you. Whether you're looking for a family home, a do-up, apartment living, or even a newly developed section, we've got a range of options in the North Shore, as well as over the bridge.

Beach Haven has a new café on the block! Aptly named ‘The Meeting Room’, this fantastic new café is perfect for catch ups with friends, family or work colleagues.

In addition to tasty treats, a great selection of drinks and a delectable ice cream selection, this is a family friendly café that everyone will enjoy. The retro interior design and amazing array of Kiwi memorabilia from years gone by is an exciting trip down memory lane for the adults. There’s even a space invader game for those willing to try and beat their 80’s high score!

With spacious seating, private meeting spaces upstairs for more formal catch-ups, live entertainment sessions and even a local Harvest sharing shelf, this is a great cafe to enjoy throughout the week.

The owners are taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas period, so if you don’t manage to pop in pre-Christmas, make sure you check it out in the new year. This is a fantastic addition to the Beach Haven area and should definitely be on your ‘must visit’ list!

Located at: 366 Rangatira Road, Beach Haven.

Open: Mon-Sun - 7am-4pm (closed from 25 December 2017 - 8 January 2018)
